Liked: Property is centrally located. The heritage house is beautiful with the rooms updated in all the best ways. The outstanding reason to stay is the owner operator Vahid. Tremendous person!

Wonderful accomodations and kind, respectful...

Liked: Historic, spacious, clean. Comfortable bed and a simple but satisfying breakfast. Loved having a latte in the morning, too!

We would definitely stay here...

Liked: The breakfast was more than adequate. More of a continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and clean. Really good coffee.
Disliked: A small thing, but we couldn't access more local tv channels. There was all the streaming services, but you needed your own logins. It didn't really take away from the total experience though.

Super clean, comfy, and quiet...

Liked: Wonderful stay at No 5 east! The house is a gorgeous old home with beautiful woodwork and furnishings. The location is perfect for exploring the city and we enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance of the home. Our room was large, perfectly clean, quiet, and the bed was super comfy. The included breakfast was great - a large selection of drinks, cereal, breads, croissant, eggs, fruit, yogurts, etc. And the hosts could not be any kinder or more welcoming. And we loved the friendly dog! Definitely recommend and will stay again when we return to Winnipeg!
Disliked: The hot water to the shower was having problems, but the owner quickly called a plumber to fix the issue.

Liked: Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The room was super cozy, the bed really comfortable. The host was accommodating. I have no complaints and would definitely come again.

Liked: Beautiful vintage house with clean, spacious rooms. Vahid is a true gentleman and an exceptional host—he makes you feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. The location is great too, just 15 minutes from anywhere in the city. And if you’re a dog lover, be sure to ask about Chief—he’s the sweetest! I would definitely return.

Liked: Beautiful home, friendly hosts, great location, tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Shower water was a little weak/cool but the tub was fabulous and made up for it, so it was all good.
