Underwhelming

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness. Some linens were dirty bathtub was worn. Paid for a “suite” would have just been an ordinary room anywhere else.

Disliked: -had to ask for conditioner as none in room-can not find any staff to ask any questions or get aDrink for the room-staff not attentive in restaurant and often disappeared for long Period of time -very expensive hotel and would expect top notch service

Liked: Nice hotel in a quiet street, but close to the city center. Very tasteful breakfast. Friendly team

Comfortable relaxing stay.

Liked: Both the room and bathroom and were large and clean. Staff were helpful. The property is set back behind the main road so very quiet and still close enough to the action.
Disliked: There is no lift on this property and our room was on the 2nd floor.

A lovely hotel.

Liked: This is a very nice hotel. The room was lovely, clean, fresh and stylish and the bathroom modern and clean with lots of space. The hotel is intimate and has a real boutique feel about it. One thing that could be improved is the way the room doors close. They make a very loud bang and rock the walls. If something could be done about this then the hotel would get a 10 out of 10. That said, this is a lovely hotel in a great location with helpful staff.
