Passable
Liked: The location is very good. Very central.
Disliked: The room was very tiny, the bed sheets haven't been proper cleaned and had stains also the cover could use an extra wash, the bathroom was not really cleaned as well with dead flies at the window. Would not stay there again.

Nice, clean hotel with great...
Liked: The hotel staff was very accommodating with an early arrival time and a later than normal departure time - they kept our luggage so we could explore the city. Thank you! The room was clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the bathroom was very spacious too.
Disliked: The comfort family room was fairly small for my husband, two sons in their late teens/early twenties, and me - you just have to know that going into the trip.

Disappointing
Liked: The location was good. They provided us with the code to enter the hotel and the room so you can leave the card in the room in case you need to charge your power bank.
Disliked: I mentioned the code as a plus but it took them several attempts and different email addresses to actually send the information to me. When we arrived, we were given a room on the highest (4th) floor with the note that the elevator doesn't work and won't be fixed in the nearest future. The stairs were very steep and narrow and having to always climb on the highest floor should already be considered as a ground to a refund or a discount at least. When we finally reached our floor, I entered perhaps the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The toilet is as small as one in flixbus. You don't have to actually go from the bathroom to the bed, you can pretty much just fall onto the bed. The window with the "canal view" is also very small and constantly closes by itself. The AC is so loud even on the silent mode you can't sleep. Your sleep will also be disturbed by pretty much anything because the sound isolation in the hotel is nonexistent. When neighbours were whispering in the corridor, I heard them as they were next to my bed (which wasn't far from truth considering the size of the room and the corridor). I heard my neighbours going to the toilet and I am sure they heard every step I made in the room. Overall it was a great disappointment and definitely not worth it.
