Liked: Location is good..very helpful staff.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was clean
Disliked: Room was very small. No lift to the room which was in basement. Iron given to me for use in the room had visible exposed wires and was dangerous.

Fine, only small inconvenience.

Liked: Room was nice, location was good aswell, but at 10:30 in the morning the cleaner walked in, very weird because we had late checkout. Not so professional of the hotel. And we didn’t recieve an apology from it aswell only a “oh shit”.

Liked: Comfortable beds, staff helpful and friendly
Disliked: Very steep stairs to the entrance and to the rooms however they do have a lift which is abit like you’re in a box I think all stairs in Amsterdam are steep so no fault to the hotel just beware if you’re not very mobile.
