Liked: I liked that the staff was courteous, conscientious and human.
Disliked: Not much could be improved with that in mind.

Luxurious, comfortable inn and spa

Liked: Spacious and comfortable room, attention to detail. Enjoyed 24/7 coffee, tea, hot chocolate stations. Evening charcuterie and wine an added bonus. Will book massages next time!This was a business/leisure overnight stay, the wifi was excellent
Disliked: Pillows were kind of hard and lumpy,but I slept okay

It was relaxing

Liked: The coffee was excellent and nice selection of teas . They left out baked sugar cookies and they were delicious . We slept in and missed breakfast .
Disliked: Maybe a noon checkout instead of 11 am and breakfast till 10 am it ended too soon.

Liked: I like bed my room and the shower! The beautiful architecture and laid back vibe made it like home away from home. Off street parking an amazing restaurants abound! Look forward to my return! Thanks,

Liked: I had to leave before breakfast was ready. I never had a chance to eat. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her time there! The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Disliked: My wife and I both enjoyed our stay. Free water in the room would have been nice.
