I would never stay again and will book directly for a better rate.

Disliked: Overcharged; TV didn't work; smoke filled; I asked for a room change but because of how I booked the room no change could be made.

Liked: The clerk who checked me in was awesome and very sweet and friendly. She made everything feel comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate my family. I appreciated that so much.
Disliked: It was a big deal to ask for extra towels.

Disliked: too much activity drug addicts and weird people hanging around loud all thru the nite, i paid too much money for me not to be feeling top tier comfortable of safe

Disliked: Predatory Cash Deposit Policy Designed to Keep Your MoneyThis hotel operates on a policy that seems intentionally designed to exploit its guests. Upon check-in, they demand a $60 deposit in cash only , even if you pay the fees with credit card. Also they sign you a paper saying they will only return your cash if you check out within a time frame in the morning when they have staff who can check the room and only then they will return the cash. This is an unethical and exploitative way to do business. Book elsewhere unless you're prepared to forfeit $60.I think Booking.com should remove this hotel from their listings.
