Liked: The room seemed decently clean, and most staff were respectful and kind.
Disliked: One staff member (Eduardo) was not willing to fix a clogged toilet that was clogged when we got there. He handed me a plunger and said, "I don't do toilets," and accused us of damaging the toilet after only being there for an hour. He said the room was fine before we got there, despite the obvious water damage to the floor and bathroom door frame. Tiles were also very loose and raised. He kept hanging up on me when I called and wining at us about doing his job.

Disliked: I didn't actually stay I wasn't even in the room more than an hour. I still got charged and my deposit taken from me.. The security guard was disrespectful and was talking to me crazy, the guy at the front desk didn't say anything about deposits or fees when I checked in

Disliked: Place is a scam. Non smoking room smell like smoking rooms. Rooms were disgusting and poorly put together. Mattress was disgusting and stained and ripped. Bedding had burn holes and stunk. Place doesn’t get cleaned well all three of us got sick and didn’t bother to give a refund after pregnant gf couldn’t stand the smells and told us that we were in there for more then 15 mins.
