Brilliant place!

Liked: Rooms were great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location great for access to town centre.A lovely place to stay.
Disliked: A very small thing - shower tray can be slippery. Perhaps a non- slip mat would be useful.

Well positioned, well equiped and...

Liked: The room has a more modern vibe to it. It has plenty of space and in a quiet passage of the hotel.Breakfast had a wonderful spread and tasty options.The location was just outside the parameters of the old city which removes you from the business but puts you close enough to all the action.

Liked: I've stayed at the IHG brand at different locations. There were just a few things at this particular branch that needed adjustments and did not represent the brand very well.I have highlighted it to the manager, i like the fact that he is proactive and willing to satisfy the guests. Overall, it was a nice stay. I'll still choose it again.And the cleanliness was top notch. The hotel smells so lovely and good
