Would visit again.

Liked: Great location near the center, nice rooms, nice and helpful staff, clean.
Disliked: Couldn't open windows, beds too soft but that is subjective.

Very good hotel in Harlem

Liked: Excellent location near a bus station. Staff is extraordinary and they really go the extra mile. The hotel feels safe, is clean and beds are comfortable. Is also near a lots of bars and restaurants and to Harlem city centre. They have luggage storage for extra convenience.
Disliked: They should put a refrigerator in the room and toiletries (at least a decent shampoo and conditioner and a shower cap). You cannot use the same product for hands, body and hair!!

I would be happy to...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The toiletries provided were environmentally friendly and smelt great. We were close enough to surrounding attractions that we could hire bikes and cycle to them.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite basic and some of the items were allowed to run out.Ideally situated for access to the town.
