Couldn't stay the night due...

Looks doubtful outside, but the...

Liked: I liked the hotel, it is unassuming. Warming of a kind: the lobby doubles as a package shop. Quite strange, but the rooms once inside are very nice.
Disliked: I hated booking through booking.com. They messed up, the hotel saved me, and I fought for 20 minutes with their phone AI A human could have fixed it in a minuted. Book direct not through Booking.com

Lost in Pennsylvania!!

Liked: The staff was exemplary!! I booked the wrong day, and paid in advance. By policy, they could have just kept my money, but the worked with me and straightened it out… even when Booking.com couldn’t.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location was ideal to where we were going.Breakfast was simple,good, and included.
Disliked: Room could have been a lot cleaner. I made the mistake on our last morning of looking under the bed for one of my shoes and to my disgust there was a slipper and a thermos cup that was left there since who knows when. The sweeper hadn't been run under the bed for a long time. For a budget hotel there were a lot of +'s it just needs to be cleaner.
