A very enjoyable stay

Liked: Beautiful building, lovely welcoming staff

Small luxury hotel

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location. Walkable to all the main sites yet in a very calm neighborhood. Would definitely come back to stay here. The building is beautiful.
Disliked: There is no elevator which they had mentioned in advance. Walking up two flights of stairs that are crooked can be tricky but it was manageable. The bathtub with all its gadgets was aged and not inviting. Simple bathtubs would make it look cleaner.

A comfortable stay in very...

Liked: We new this would be a bit squeezy as we chose the 'Wee Double' but despite the small size, the room was very comfortable. We did not know at the time of booking that it was a heritage listed building and they have done a lovely job with it. Our room was on the top floor and no elevator but never fear. The staff are awesome, carrying our bags up and down the stairs. The location was good, an easy walk to Princes St.
Disliked: A tad expensive but then again it was summer and festival time

Liked: Beautiful property. Location was perfect. And staff, particularly Abby, went above and beyond to help with luggage, transportation and restaurants. Can’t say enough positive things bings about Abby. It wasA perfect place for our visit.
Disliked: I liked everything. Especially staff. Particularly Abby.

Nice historical hotel, needs a...

Liked: Good location, nicely decorated and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: No A/C, which would be more useful taking the moisture out of the air than anything else. The room was very damp, curtains were wet due to the high humidity in the room. Also, that tub/shower is a nightmare to get in and out of.
