Nothing was too much trouble...

Liked: This was quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were, without fail, exceptional. It was a truly memorable experience!

An unforgettable truly exceptional experience...

Liked: Excellent decor and very comfortable. The attention to detail was exceptional. The breakfast was worthy of a Michelin star. The staff were so welcoming and friendly.

Festive yet Luxurious Stay for...

Liked: The location is unbeatable right across from central train station and within the perimeter of Tivoli. As a guest, we had access to behind the scenes Tivoli tours (which were excellent!) and the ability to enter the park prior to outside guests to walk around and/or easily transit. The food was superb and the rooms (size, detail, cleanliness and comfort) far exceeded expectations. We also appreciate the high end gym and spa amenities.

Professional and helpful staff and...

Liked: Staff were all superb.Room was lovely.Welcome gifts were a lovely touch. Wines served with our meal on 24th were all delicious.
Disliked: Noise from outside was very very very loud.....noisy until 4am.Windows should be sound proofed.Some aspects of our meal on evening of 24th weren't as good as we had hoped....particularly the lobster course which was disappointing.....really bland and forgettable....as for the potatoes.....dreadful! Very inflated price for what we were served. We had booked to have dinner for following evening but cancelled as we were disappointed.
