Very nice hotel

Liked: Comfortable bed, super clean room with nice colors, wonderful bathroom. Very good breakfast, all the personnel was polite. Good location (only 5-10 min walking from train station), quiet neighborhood and a kiosk nearby. I appreciated the easy and quick check-out.
Disliked: A bit small room but no problem at all.

Liked: Lovely new hotel, great location round corner from town centre. Clean & tidy throughout, very friendly staff. Would stay here again if a few simple changes were made.
Disliked: Unfortunately the bathroom door was of frosted glass & the bathroom had a large window with no curtains or blinds making the room very bright early in the morning.My cooked breakfast was stone cold, including the fried egg. My wife’s uncooked breakfast was lovely & the atmosphere nice & relaxed.

Exceptional

Liked: The room itself was unbeatable. Amazing facilities for such a price.
Disliked: The city itself is not nice. It is an industrial city but it's nearby Köln

Good central stay in Leverkusen...

Liked: Central position in Leverkusen and only 20 minutes drive to Köln's city center. Free car park just 150m away. Newly furbished hotel with nice interior design.
Disliked: Nothing. The third floor maisonette room that has only a roof window could get a bit hot in the summer months and there seems to be no air conditioning, like in most parts of Germany since it is seldom needed.

Lovely hotel but disappointing service...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was ideal. Secure parking was free which was a bonus.
Disliked: No mention that on a Sunday that the reception closes at 3pm. As we got there just after 3pm, we had no password for the WIFI, no access to the fitness centre. There was also no mention that there is also no bar and restaurant on a Sunday. I feel that this should be included in the description as a warning for other travellers.
