Exceptional
Liked: Good value for money. Clean budget motel.

A great value that served...
Liked: Very central. Close to restaurants and Tim Horton’s is walking distance. There are picnic tables outside for guests to enjoy their own happy hour or bbq .The room was given clean towels every day, the made was made and they emptied the garbage.
Disliked: A/C a little noisy

A sound choice in Owen...
Liked: Great room, quiet and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff/owners. It was the most reasonably priced room for value that I found in Owen Sound. Good location if you are driving through and within walking distance of downtown. Nights Inn exceeded my expectations.

Liked: This is a convenient, clean, modern, comfortable, well-maintained, reasonably-priced respite when you're on the road. The wi-fi has two bands and is excellent (which could be related to not many people staying when I was there mid-week). It appears to be family-owned, which is my preference. It's not on "motel row", on the east side of town; it's on the west. All in all, it's a good choice in Owen Sound.
Disliked: There is no "free" breakfast, if that is important to you. It has an "early checkin" fee, which I'd never heard of before. (This is easily avoided, of course).

Friendly family motel
Liked: Convenient stopover . Nostalgic retro experience ( think 70’s) Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good Indian restaurant directly across the street.
Disliked: Maybe time for a new mattress on the bed?

It’s a decent budget option,...
Liked: The best part of the stay was the location. It’s very well-situated—close to everything you might need, including Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, and other local spots. It made getting around the area easy and convenient.
Disliked: The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable, though a bit old-school in terms of decor and amenities. For the price, it offered fair value, especially if you're just looking for a basic place to rest. However, the bathroom was a letdown. It was very small and cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use, especially for longer stays. While the overall condition of the room was okay, a little modernization wouldn’t hurt.
