Disliked: Bathroom far too small. Stairs too steep. Downstairs area too small. Our room faced a busy road, no outside privacy.

Pleasant and relaxing.

Liked: The cleaner was lovely. The bed was very comfortable but I rang ahead to ask for twin beds and they said they would arrange it but didn’t. Then when we arrived I rang reception who said they would again arrange it and we still had a king bed the whole time. Also when we checked in we were told they did room service and when we rang to have something delivered they said they didn’t do room service??
Disliked: The clean was lovely and the place was nice and clean and had everything that we needed.
