Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodated my request for early check in.
Disliked: N/A

Maybe it is not always...

Liked: It is very clean, the staff is helpful and they offer a range of perks such as free breakfast packages, free wifi and free parking with tons of spots (which is AMAZING in Sydney). The location is good and the pillows were comfortable. They also gave us a free drink each.
Disliked: Because it is near a pub/bar, it was VERY loud, there were intoxicated people being EXTREMELY loud and obnoxious + disrespectful. Screaming, swearing and puking. Staff tried to help, but the guests just stop for a couple minutes and then started again. The speed bumps were also very loud, because people drove fast through them, it was loud. I could not sleep. Neither could my partner. We could not use the aircon because it smelled very strong and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had a massive ditch in the middle.
