Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. complementary drink on arrival. Free large bottle of water in our room. Food quality and service very good
Disliked: We were 3 Senior's visiting. Rooms are up a flight of steep stairs. No lift available but a member of the staff helped us with our luggage. Cannot fault their service.

Disliked: We left our towels on the floor as requested however there was no room service or towel change.The 2nd day, we had no hot water to shower and we were advised by the manager she would do the poker machines, then put the cash away, then contact someone. We had medical appointment and did not have that time to sit around.

Liked: Good value for money. Refurbishment of room was tasteful.
Disliked: 10.00am checkout time is too early. View of corrugated iron rooftop. Bathroom was nice and big but renovation did not make good use of the space. e.g no vanity with basin.

Liked: The location was an easy walk from the train station, online check-in was a breeze, arrival was a breeze, the staff were really pleasant, the complimentary drink vouchers are a great bonus, everything you could want in terms of easy access cafe/restaurant/pub breakfast, lunch and dinner, two supermarkets and a park were all within a few minutes walk. The room was just the right size, larger and more comfortable than some we've previously paid more to stay in.
Disliked: The was very little we didn't like about the location and room. Perhaps the beds were a little soft but that is just a matter of personal taste.
