Nightcap at Rose & Crown Hotel

Disappointing

Liked: Beds comfy, water pressure was good, good heating, liked how we got 2 lots of $10 to spend at the accomadation. Once manager came she was nice and helpful. All staff members were nice. Liked how plenty of bowls, plates, cups to use. The tiny kettle was soo cute.
Disliked: Smelt lik dust, walls and windows weren't clean, shower door wouldnt shut, floor gets drenched while showering, when one of us showered hot water was cold(assuming due to other ppl showering at hotel at same time) as wen other people in our rm showered they had no issues with the hot water. Was a little sad when we arrived and was expecting a playground for the kids just to be told it dont exist even though the website shows pictures of it. Didn't like how long we had to wait for the manager to sign us into our accomadation we kept getting told she be here soon.

Liked: Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Person who checked me in was fantastic and went the extra mile to show me around.
Disliked: There was a smell of smoke in the hallways, but typical of that era of building
