Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location to stay for concerts at Olympic Park, so easy to get to.
Disliked: Not a massive fan of the after hours entry at the rear in the back lane, but that's just being picky.

Disliked: Lack of parking but makes up for it in price

Liked: Big bathroom, comfortable bed, plenty of space, we didn’t feel cramped at all, lovely staff. Free parking nearby, right across the road from train station. Great value for money.
Disliked: No negatives from us, it was only slightly echoey, so we would hear when people walk down the hallway, shut doors, talk outside, etc but it was very limited and we weren’t at the hotel all that much other then too sleep. Our sleep wasn’t disturbed.
