Renovations are going well!

Liked: Currently mid renovations, the place is looking fantastic. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nice and large.The food downstairs was great. We tried a bit of both styles and enjoyed it.
Disliked: Currently mid renovations. The 7am wake up call from the drillers was not expected

Liked: There was renovations in progress, but the staff were very helpful
Disliked: Maybe they'll put in a lift instead of using the stairway. It can be quite disastrous if someone were to slip.

Exceptional

Good

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Clean room. Plenty of parking spots. The location is reasonable, depending on where your errands/tasks are.
Disliked: Renovation work has been happening, so the way to the room can be tricky, especially when there is no lift and you have to take your bag upstairs using outside metal stairs. The loud noise from renovation work woke me up at 7 am!Not many food options at the pub when the bistro is closed.

Ok but wouldn't book again

Liked: Clean and updated accommodation. Room was good size, bed was pretty comfy.
Disliked: Construction meant access was via the external fire stairs which was pretty dodgy. Location was really noisy.
