Liked: We came down the night before an appointment at the Victorian Heart Hospital. It was a really short and easy drive to the hospital after a very comfortable nights stay.
Disliked: Being from a very small country town, we struggled with the road noise and the outside lights encroaching the room.

Superb

Liked: Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, good bathroom area - lighting and heating in the room was good.
Disliked: TV was a bit hard to manage as free to air channels difficult to find.

Liked: Beautiful clean room. Peaceful nights sleep with very little noise coming from other guests and the traffic. Warm, welcoming staff. Meals were lovely. The staff member in the bottle shop has a great sense of humour and is very helpful and knowledgeable. Convenient to shops, services and the highway to get on the road easily the morning after.
Disliked: Hot water service may need updating. The morning showers - mine was just on lukewarm, my sons was quite cold. Yet the night before, lovely and warm.

Liked: Beds very comfy. Air conditioning works well. Location close to shops
Disliked: We were in town for a basketball carnival and home late each night- 2 out of the 3 nights we ran out of hot water in the shower and my kids had to have cold showers after playing basketball all day: I feel the least you can expect from a hotel is a hot shower. Really disappointing. The sofa bed wasn’t made up for us even though booked for 5 people. It took a visit to the front desk, two phone calls and three hours before we could get some linen to make up the bed ourselves. No hair dryerPoor lighting.
