Great location, average room

Liked: Location was amazing as it was right next to the causeway. Staff were nice and welcoming.
Disliked: Room smelled damp and unclean - room needs better ventilationBathroom layout was unpleasant - toilet was right outside the shower and the shower curtain could not keep water away so showering causes all around the toilet to be wet. Need to go past the toilet to get to the towel rack, which is over carpeted areas, so whilst drying yourself you will likely make the carpet wet. There weren't extra towels to put on the floor over the carpet.There was good sound isolation from the floor below but not from the hallway outside the rooms. On both nights we stayed there were people coming up to their rooms late at night shouting and laughing, which woke us up multiple times. Staff should probably advise guests to be mindful of noise when going to their rooms.Overall the experience definitely didn't feel like it was worth the price at $240 a night.

Disliked: The shower bathroom space was tiny. The shower/toilet area was like being in a wardrobe.

Awesome place to stay

Liked: Loved we were opposite the park with the beac either side and we woke each morning to a brilliant view. Room had a large comfy bed. Staff are fantastic. Great pokies, great food and yummy desserts.
