Liked: Didn't stay for breakfast..had early flight.
Disliked: Evening meal. Steak difficult to eat..

Disliked: smelt like smelly feet or shoes In the room, and black mould all on the bathroom ceiling.

Thanks again, however the bookings...

Liked: HI we have not stay as when we arrived and then they would like us sign the agreement to deduct $500 if any damage they found without provide photos etc and we said we are uncomfortable. the staff said in that case that it is not to check in and they will do refund to us. They also said it is normally not fund and for this they are able to do refund. However they asked us to let the bookings know first. Then the bookings will contact them, when the bookings contact them, they said no. I appreciate if somebody can provide the refund as you promise and you can check your own CCTV. I hope you can answer this question and I put 4 out of 10 as I have not be able to live there but the staff was friendly and the manager michael also great. However I need the refund. hope you remember

However I have not received the refund yet, are you able to let the bookings to let us know and bookings does not have email address and the email address is not able to delivery the message. thanks a lot and I have edit and change to start 8.
