Liked: A hair dryer in the room. There were ni staff at the reception to ask for one. Every hotel we have stayed at had one. Ni bottle opener.
Disliked: Carpet tiles on the floor were lifting up. Tripped over several times. Toilet and shower area was so small and claustrophobic., barely could stand in there.The room we stayed in had a large air-conditioning unit atop the roof in front of our verandah. The noise of it was very disturbing. Nio lift to take our bags upstairs .

Liked: All the staff were exceptional.. friendly.. helpful Meals were great again as were the staff
Disliked: Booked with booking .com the first night with no mention of stairs.Second night booked directly with hotel and were informed of the stairs and realising our health is not too good as 87 and 83..could not have been more helpful during our stay they really were great and nothing too much trouble.Only one other thing was no hair dryer in room.Would stay again- yes

Liked: Not much to be honest. There was an Aldo across the street that was convenient. That’s it
Disliked: The staff were exceptionally rude. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The noise was insane from the street and the late night leavers from the pokies. Not to mention we were placed right on the stairwell the only entrance and exit to the place and it was SO noisy all night with people trampling up and down stairs.

Disliked: Mirror in the bathroom - it was to the left of the sink in room 14. Very very difficult to shave - very difficult!!!!
