Disliked: Noise, loud voices, banging doors at odd hours 2-4amFloor dirty all pillows the same big/hard first day no toilet roll 3rd day bed not made and one stained towel provided witb the clean ones

Saturday night noise

Liked: Everything was good. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Unfortunately I stayed on a Saturday night. There was music until the early hours which I could hear from my room. The bad part was the people up and down the corridor, also until the early hours. No respect for sleeping (now awake) guests. It was on and off but loud. I'm sure a weeknight would not be the same. Meals stop at 8pm so I missed dinner but there is a supermarket close by.

Liked: Quite close to areas of city we needed to access.Aldi across the road for shopping
Disliked: Next to busy main roadNoise from pub downstairs at nightSometimes card to access main door to accommodation didn't work due to faulty lockRooms weren't cleaned properly every dayRooms were small especially bathroomsBathroom sink was in the living areaLimited facilities. No microwave.Beds were average.

Noisy and no sleep

Liked: Friendly cleaning staff and restaurant staff.
Disliked: During the night there was so much noise, banging and people shouting. We had an early start today and hardly slept. At one stage, the banging was so bad that we thought someone was playing with a ball downstairs.Key card stopped working early morning while packing the car. It locked me out of the building with no phone. Luckily my husband came looking for me.The walls are paper thin, you hear every person arrived and leave. A terrible stay, with no sleep.
