Liked: Room was really nice, clean, and great bathroom/shower

overall, it served its purpose...

Liked: I liked how clean bathroom it was. i liked the USB charging port.Liked the soft blanket and clean pillow and sheets.Liked the staff at reception, very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No toaster.No cutlery.No plate or bowl.Bed way too soft, uncomfortable.Hot water took nearly three minutes running to get hot in shower.Doors from other rooms closing at night was very loud and noisy inside the room(which explains why you left earplugs for guests)

Overall great and would stay...

Liked: It was a great position, perfect room style for our needs and staff were fantastic. Having meals available in pub was convenient.
Disliked: Unfortunately whoever was in the room next door likes AFL a lot! They had their TV on so loud (or the walls were a bit thin) that it was just like it was our TV and the noise went on quite late on both Friday and Saturday nights.

Convenient, comfortable and good location

Liked: Staffs are nice. The night we stayed had faulty fire alarm, so it woke up all of us to gather in front of the hotel. Firefighters came to check but no fire, luckily. We all are pretty ease at it and no problem to go back to sleep.
Disliked: Lol. Woke up in The middle of the night with fire alarm.
