Unhappy execution, very happy end

Liked: Everthing expect first day.
Disliked: Code for door wasnt sent until 1-2 hours after precheck in time, phone was flat needed help from pub.

A place that excels in...

Liked: I enjoyed the friendly staff. The room was quiet to outside noises. The room was clean and attended to every day. There was a problem with the water boiling jug and housekeeping were prompt in fixing the problem same day. A very attentative place to stay. Parking attendent made sure car parks were kept for clients. a place i will say at again!
Disliked: There were no negative outcomes for me.

comfortable, but very overpriced

Liked: The bathroom was great with nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable, though, a little soft. It is dead quiet, which means that you can get a good night sleep.
Disliked: I think this property is exorbitantly overpriced. Probably only because there’s no local competition. There is an overhead black light shade that needs a good clean out. Would suggest putting a couple of sweet biscuits with a coffee rather than the jelly lollies which we are all full of moisture in the bag
