Liked: Such a huge room with plenty of space, and a separate area for the kids. It was clean and had all we needed. The man working reception was super friendly and helpful. Complimentary free drinks were a nice plus!

Liked: Wow, such an amazing big room for families! So clean and comfy beds
Disliked: The only feedback is we would have loved a microwave :) still doesn’t deter us from visiting again

Liked: Massive family rooms. Very quiet. Friendly and attentive staff. Good choice for theme park stay.
Disliked: Security on parking.

Pleasantly surprised when we had...

Liked: Food in the pub section was great. The man that checked us in set us up for a good stay and was very friendly. 10% of food and then 4 drink vouchers was great. A bed for each member of our family was perfect.
Disliked: Only thing I could complain was the room had a slight fart smell.

Liked: Overall clean, newly renovated and friendly staff. Spacious and was supplied with water and milk with tea and coffee which was great.
Disliked: Very clean, except under the beds which I wouldn't normally see but the beds were on wheels and moved very easily.
