Great venue to stay and...

Liked: Great family room. Met our needs well
Disliked: The main light in bedroom was not working and maintenance were not available. But regardless there wasn’t any follow up until we followed it up. So communication would have helped. There was another light so we were not too worried but didn’t know what they were doing or if they attended to it or not.

Disliked: The hot water takes too long to get hot

Okay for an overnight stay...

Liked: Good food, good shower. Free parking.
Disliked: Should have done more research on the area as I didn't realise it was in a rough, industrial area and above a bar. Not a great location for holiday-makers passing through. Small room, noisy area.

Fantastic stay

Liked: Great location. Housekeepers were lovely as well.
Disliked: We noticed when then people next to us shower it was extremely loud and the next day our flood was wet

Good value for a one...

Liked: A little hard to find reception in public bar. Noise was not an issue. Meal facilities were good. Room clean and had all facilities one needed for an over night stay.
Disliked: Advice that it was in a hotel complex would have helped with decision.
