Liked: Very comfy bed and the room was excellent.
Disliked: Would have been good to have a lift

Disliked: the design of the shower door and lack of a magnetic catch ensures that water spreads out across the floor, the rotting of the bathroom door indicates this is an ongoing event.

Overall a great stay! Friendly...

Liked: Clean room, nice and comfy bed.
Disliked: The sliding window did not fully close in my room so would always stay slightly open (even if you wanted it closed).

Disliked: Everything, room had mould, nothing had been cleaned, there were roaches everywhere and when I spoke to staff about getting a refund they only offered me half of what I paid
