Night Hotel Broadway, New York

Elevators were a huge problem; ended up taking the stairs from the 12th floor a lot.

Liked: The room was modern and clean; perfect for two people; bed was comfortable; one woman specifically at the front desk was friendly and kind.
Disliked: The hotel's internet and cable were down. Evening 1, the gentleman told us it would be fixed the next day. When we called the front desk the next day we were told it'd been down for a week and would continue to be down as they were having a problem. Not that this had any hindrance on our trip. It would have been nice to know for one and two been told upon asking.

Liked: The room was very clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is great. The area is generally safe, and there is no street noise in your room. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future.

You get what you pay for. For a place to sleep and keep your stuff, this is the place for you. If you want luxury, it definitely is not.

Liked: Very hospitable and friendly service.
Disliked: Incredibly hot. Elevators take forever and are very small.

For my first overnight in New York City this hotel was comfortable.

Disliked: Room heater was a bit noisy.

Liked: The hotel is quite far from he main attractions but really close to a subway station so perfect for us! The room was comfortable. Good hotel
Disliked: The cleanliness was not the best, but it did the job for 2 nights.

Bad

Liked: I didnt like the service or my stay at all. Bad communication and i had to wait hours after my check in time. They didnt accommodate us and gave us a smaller room at the same price. I didnt stay there for 1 hour and couldnt get a refund.
Disliked: Nothing

Filthy and no value for...

Liked: only location
Disliked: Not sure where to start. The Internet is spotty and not good enough for a meeting. The carpets were beyond filthy, the lobby unbelievably dirty with papers all over, also wasn't vacuumed in ages. Two evenings there was no hot water. I was in during the cold weather and had to get up to see if the window was actually closed, that's how much cold was coming in from the closed window and the room was really cold. All in all, probably the worst accommodation I've stayed in.
