Elevators were a huge problem; ended up taking the stairs from the 12th floor a lot.

Liked: The room was modern and clean; perfect for two people; bed was comfortable; one woman specifically at the front desk was friendly and kind.
Disliked: The hotel's internet and cable were down. Evening 1, the gentleman told us it would be fixed the next day. When we called the front desk the next day we were told it'd been down for a week and would continue to be down as they were having a problem. Not that this had any hindrance on our trip. It would have been nice to know for one and two been told upon asking.

Liked: The room was very clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is great. The area is generally safe, and there is no street noise in your room. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future.

You get what you pay for. For a place to sleep and keep your stuff, this is the place for you. If you want luxury, it definitely is not.

For my first overnight in New York City this hotel was comfortable.

Disliked: Es gab kein heisses Wasser!! They had not checked the room. The sink in the bathroom could not be plugged, the tap was loose and the shelf was falling down. Then I was told to check everything.

Disliked: My stay at Night Hotel Broadway was nothing short of horrible. The room was filled with old, broken-down furniture, and the fungus covering various surfaces made it nearly impossible to breathe. The air conditioners were filthy and circulated no fresh air, leaving the room with a suffocating, polluted atmosphere. Within hours, I developed a severe allergic reaction. Despite the staff’s efforts to move me to another room, the pervasive fungus remained a major issue. This was an absolutely dreadful experience, and I would strongly advise against staying here.
