Easily worst hotel experience

Liked: Extremely dirty and run down. Everything was broken. The carpet had a terrible smell.
Disliked: The room was horrible despite it being a king privilege room. Dirty, smelly carpet with stains and dark without adequate lighting. Extremely noisy outside despite being in a residential area.

Liked: All the staff were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant was amazing and the room was beautifully decorated and spacious considering you’re in the centre of Paris.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was an elevator out of order during my stay, which caused the second elevator to be a little crowded but nothing too bad, and not the hotel’s fault.

Disliked: The staff were great. My wife and I didn’t like the blood stains on the sheets. Their policy on holding a price on your card is wild. They went from 225 euros to adding 300 euros. Didn’t make sense
