Liked: The customer service staff at this hotel are amazing, particularly Marcus. All arriving guests are greeted with regional port and cake. Our room (and the hotel) were exceptionally clean and well appointed. We were provided a room overlooking the square which was very nice. The room was compact but we managed without a problem for three nights. The hotel is in the middle of old town with nearby locations of sites that you can walk to. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Liked: Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. Buffet breakfast had everything imaginable. Central location, metro close by, lots of restaurants, easy walk ability

Liked: The staff welcomed us with a glass of port and a Pastel de Nata. They were unfailingly helpful and I can't recommend this hotel enough.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.
