Liked: Lovely appointed rooms, so much attention to detail and aesthetically enhancing pieces. Coffee available24/7. Individuality prepared breakfast with plenty of complimentary pastries, cereals, fruit, and more. Very friendly staff who aim to please. Great location, 10-15 walk from falls view and main attractions center. Bus stop on the same road shorter walk away in both directions.
Disliked: The staff, as lovely as they were, were not knowledgeable about the surroundings, not even having any idea where the bus stops next to their hotel that go to ALL the tourist attractions. That was the ONLY negative thing we have to say

Liked: Great food, lovely setting, enjoy walking to town/falls.
Disliked: nothing other than we had a toddler above us who was up very early and running. We stayed in the lower level.

Liked: The hostess was very nice and friendly.The room was very quiet, and looked the part of the age in which it was constructed.Very well maintained and the water pressure on the fourth floor was great.
Disliked: Needed a light nearer the mirror, to see how to shave or help with one's make-up. The address and name signage was poorly marked.
