Beautiful and comfortable place.

Liked: Wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Once a Grand Dame of...

Liked: Breakfast was good- however there was not enough fresh fruit- inspite of asking you to order the night before- and choose a time slot. Location was walking distance to the falls. Very quiet neighbourhood . Breakfast staff were super nice both days. Bed was very comfy. Room very clean
Disliked: Would have been nice to have fresh fruit- you need an early time slot to get a choice for fruit and pastry. Might have been one too many mirror in our room and there could be slightly better lighting in the room- you couldn’t read on the couch as there was no lighting. A fridge in your room would be welcome - even a mini one. The property gardens could do with some extra TLC and an umbrella on the outside deck would be welcome.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. East free parking was also great! Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room we were in needed a good refresh. It needed to be painted and there were clearly corners cut in the remodel. The patio would have been nice but it was not clean and also needed some attention.

Liked: It was a very nice place the staff was super friendly and very helpful I would definitely recommend staying here. The breakfast was great again Jojo was our contact there is she was amazing very friendly and super helpful

Disappointing

Liked: The room was large & comfortable. The breakfast area was excellent and the food was delicious.
Disliked: The exterior was dismal and in a severe state of disrepair. Dead hanging plants, untreated porches & decks, overgrown walkways, and in need of repair and paint. The interior was nice; the exterior was dreadful. Tiny parking lotthat was barely sufficient. Skeletal, overwhelmed staff delayed check-in. Will not stay there again.
