Nice hotel but disappointed by...

Liked: Good selections of breakfast choices. Hot drinks and water available at all time provided in the dining area
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was right above the kitchen. Exhaust fan came on 5:30-6:00 am which vibrated the floor and was extremely loud, we were woken up both mornings during our stay. We have asked to chang room however it was fully booked

Liked: The beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and it was walkable to the falls.
Disliked: Nothing to not like

What a cosy and relax...

Liked: The room is large with great view, restroom is big, clean and comfort. it's walkable distance to the fall. Breakfast is impressive, order in advance, special and delicious.
Disliked: AC is a kind of old and noisy, we shut it down overnight.

I would stay there again....

Liked: Great location, very comfortable bed and room, wonderful breakfast. Lots of little extra touches. Free parking.
Disliked: The room we had had an additional outside door housing an A and B room that was very Heavy and noisy when the neighbour came and went at night. A little pricey for the location.

Liked: Wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Once a Grand Dame of...

Liked: Breakfast was good- however there was not enough fresh fruit- inspite of asking you to order the night before- and choose a time slot. Location was walking distance to the falls. Very quiet neighbourhood . Breakfast staff were super nice both days. Bed was very comfy. Room very clean
Disliked: Would have been nice to have fresh fruit- you need an early time slot to get a choice for fruit and pastry. Might have been one too many mirror in our room and there could be slightly better lighting in the room- you couldn’t read on the couch as there was no lighting. A fridge in your room would be welcome - even a mini one. The property gardens could do with some extra TLC and an umbrella on the outside deck would be welcome.
