Bomb shelter chic #fail

Disliked: The room. Bomb shelter ‘chic’ doesn’t work. The room was trying too hard to be stylish but was uncomfortable and lacked amenities. There were no drawers or places to unpack your clothes or put you this away ( there was a full length counter with faux drawers to mock you through- why didn’t they make them real drawers?!?). The room was huge but there was only 1 uncomfortable ugly chair and a tiny table which was chipped and splintered. The room was dirty and dusty. The shower was massive but flooded the room because the floor was tilted and the bathroom wasn’t sealed. I had asked for a queen bed but I got two singles pushed together which slide apart if you tried to sleep over both. Despite asking for a room with a view ( which you pay extra for) I got a room with a view of an ugly parking garage. They had a stupid robot that delivered amenities to your room but the staff didn’t program it correctly so when it got to my room it only offered crips and coke as choices to open its cabinet meanwhile my slippers sat inside the cabinet mocking me with me unable to reach them so I had no choice but to send it back and go down to get them from the front desk myself. But it was convenient and the Sky bar was great.
