Disappointing

Disliked: $18 Euros for 15 minutes late checkout with zero warning, call, housekeeping etc. Empty hotel, treated terribly checking out, room was paid I could of left. Very upsetting , 18Eu has cost a repeat guest. Oh & 73centa when checking out. !

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very spacious and the view to the river was beautiful. The breakfast was really good and the staff very helpful and nice.

Overall nice stay

Liked: Size of the room (junior suite) is great for a family. Great common area and atmosphere outside. Dogs allowed.
Disliked: Room was only cleaned once, we had initially booked a room with river view but ended up receiving a suite with limited view looking at the walls on the side. When asked, the staff told us that they were unfortunately fully booked except that we would have been able to book the same room type via booking.com...standard excuse from hotels nowadays and sad since they could make clients happy with very little effort.

Liked: Nothing. It was horrendous!
Disliked: Well, I don’t know where to begin. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to have sleepless uncomfortable and restless night. From the very beginning starting at the front desk we didn’t feel welcome. The front desk person was aloof and indifferent. The whole concept behind f the hotel is cheap and gimmicky. Plastic furniture, petty posters, awkward atmosphere. It gave a vibe of wannabe artistic, musical hotel but it simply not that. Breakfast cold and not worth €20 as advertised. Bed was the worst I had in years! Pillows, bed lining all cheap and not hotel like. When we just arrived and I opened our bed to rest, I found two big black hairs on our sheet. Shower handle was twisting and it was impossible to use. When we wanted to have a bite to eat in our room, my husband went downstairs to ask for forks and knives to which he was questioned by the receptionist as in why does he need them. My husband replied - to eat. He then went to the bar and asked the bar man to which the bar man said that they don’t have any!? What a strange place. Very arrogant receptionist especially the younger fella with dark hair. He was the worst of all. The lady before was actually trying to be helpful. So please save your funds and don’t go to that place, it’s not worth it.

Disliked: Sauna was not open long enough or early enough to ever use. Charges for any convenience you ask for

Convenient location, clean and eclectic...

Liked: River view. Gym.
Disliked: Up charge for any change or convenience. Sauna with very limited hours, would have to spend the day in the hotel to be able to use it as it opens very late and closes too early.
