Gorgeous hotel, excellent staff, check...

Liked: Beautiful interiors, really comfortable beds, spotless, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast
Disliked: They didn’t have the premium room I booked available so we had to take a standard room as they were fully booked. They gave us 20% off and included breakfast but we only made it once so didn’t get the benefit of that which is why I hadn’t booked it in the first place.
