Passable

Liked: Good location, relatively quiet street. Modern furnishings. Comfortable bed, clean room. Nice reception area.
Disliked: Very few amenities in the room. The first room we stayed at had a bad smell and twin beds that slid apart. We asked to change rooms, and the second one was better - however there was no view (interior patio).

Liked: Big, clean and new room.
Disliked: The was not coffee or tea in the room.There was not a big mirror in the room.

Liked: excellent staff in all areas of hotel - inc reception, dining and in particular assistence with our 7 suitcases both at check in and check out- easy availabilty of taxis
Disliked: breakfast located in a different building. No room service between 16:00 and 20;00

Overall, a great stay and...

Liked: The location is excellent, with the metro very close by, which made getting around Madrid super easy. The room was spotless—honestly shining—and it was cleaned every day. I really appreciated how well-equipped it was (towels, hairdryer, toiletries). The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The only small downside was that the window faced a wall, but it didn’t affect my stay in the end.
