Liked: The location and the quickness of the staff.
Disliked: The hotel needs more maintenance, they need to clean the showerheads, the hinges on the doors need to be cleaned.

Liked: Location is excellent. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very nice. The room was lovely. Comfy bed and nice linen. Excellent wifi.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about.

Quaint hotel in the heart...

Liked: Quaint hotel in the heart of Turin. The staff. The wooden spiral staircase. The room.
Disliked: WiFi was weak in our room.

Liked: Wonderful staff, once again thanks to Mrs Marta from reception desk, she was extremally helpfull when we've arrived.Hotel is in very nice area, in the city center, very close to all atractions.Room was clean , with nice bathroom. When we come back to Torino we will stay at this hotel once again!

Disliked: The car park is a little bit too small for the most part and difficult to get out and in from.
