Liked: Great positioning in center of Turin
Disliked: - The double bed was actually 2 twin beds “merged” that kept moving during the night leading to back pain and bad sleep.- AC was loud (impossible to sleep with it on, regardless that the room was getting super hot) but didn’t even cool that well, I tried the lowest temp (20C) and I didn’t feel anu difference after 30 mins.- Door’s keypad was broken, it took us a long time to open the door properly, even the cleaning lady couldn’t open it right away.- Water in the shower was randomly getting cold, also shower door didn’t properly close.- Parking is non reservable, so you cannot use the car during your stay with guarantee you have parking when you return to the hotel.- Be super cautious when using the stairs, especially if you have mobility issues, they are very poor designed.

Liked: Excellent location close to the Royal Palace, historic city center and many good restaurants just around the corner.Very reach breakfast, convenient parking on site, very helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Great hotel, would definitely recommend!

Liked: Location is perfect- right in the centre of the city and close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great, so much variety and choice. Staff were also very friendly and helpful! If driving, be aware that parking for larger cars is quite difficult. We could not fit into spaces reserved for hotel and had to go to bottom floor of public parking but this was only marginally more expensive than the hotel cost.
