Good
Liked: The location is great if you come by car. Easy access to freeway. The room size was fine.
Disliked: The hotel charges EUR 19 for parking but does not provide any EV charging infrastructure. Half the cars in the car park were EVs, having no chance of slow charging overnight. A big minus, considering the high parking fee. The rooms were very warm. Uncomfortable

Disappointing
Liked: The rooms are clean, the beds comfy. Not far away from airport and fair.
Disliked: The hot water is available only few hours in the evening. So if you arrive late, there will be probably no hot water. The same in the morning, if you are an early bird. The parking occupation signs are not working, so you might enter believing it is free to find out that it is fully occupied.

Disliked: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the NH Stuttgart Airport Hotel, which I had booked through your platform.Upon check-in, I was given Room 304, only to discover that the door lock was broken and the door wouldn’t close properly. I was then moved to Room 324, where the air conditioning didn’t work at all. I informed the reception immediately. Initially, they said someone would come to check, but by around 10 PM, I was told, rather casually, that nothing could be done and a technician would be called the next day.After returning from the expo the following day, I checked again with the reception. Only then did they inform me that air conditioning wasn’t working in any of the rooms and still offered to move me to another room — which made no sense if the problem was widespread. They then promised a 30% discount on the total amount, which I agreed to, and was told the refund would be processed to my original payment method.However, despite checking with them repeatedly every day during my stay, no one followed up or informed me of any progress. On the final day, I was suddenly told that I need to take up the refund issue with Booking.com, which is both unacceptable and unprofessional.This experience was not just inconvenient, it was completely frustrating and shows a lack of basic customer service and responsibility. I’ve been staying at this same hotel with a group of 10–15 people for the past 4 years, and I can assure you that if this issue is not resolved promptly, we will seriously reconsider continuing with this property — or using Booking.com for future bookings.

Liked: People at the reception desk tried their best.
Disliked: The light in the bathroom of the first room they gave was flickring so much. We complained but nobody repaired. Water of the shower and sink not even warm. We clung the paper to ask to make the room up, it was not done. They moved us to another room the day after but unfortunately a bad smelling one and the sheets of the bed not even well done and warm water very unstable. 10mn by car to the messe instead o the 1.5km mentionned.
