Best bed. Great location

Liked: Very comfortable queen beds in a twin roomLarge bathroom but water splashes if you dont take care.Lots of light/bulbsGood breakfast with much choiceSpaciousOnly 5 min wall to the square. 15 min to Bus terminal
Disliked: Bad smell. But this is quite common in Puebla due to bad drainage The fridge was not on. We had to call to have it unlock and it was never cold enough.The staff doesn't look much friendly

Comfortable, friendly staff, fabulous location...

Liked: Very comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent breakfast, wonderful staff-special shout out to Karen at Reception! A short walk from the main square and very affordable.

Good location with issues.

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: Check in was slow. WiFi in the room did not work at all. There’s literally no soap. Asked a maid and they said you use the shampoo on your body. Stains on the bed, smoke detector flashing lights all night. Lost valet parking ticket and had to pay them extra money.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Lot of noise during the night from other guests. It is a motel practically. They rent rooms to stay couple of hours for having sex after partying

Would stay there again in...

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous. Staff was very pleasant. Cleaning staff was thorough.
Disliked: When booking, chose a room with a king bed, when we arrived, it was not available, we were put in a room with 2 double beds, so the whole room was taken up with beds. TV could not access any of the movie channels. We were told someone would fix the problem, it never was fixed. The room was very noisy at night, we were over the entrance to a parking garage, perhaps that explains the frequent noise that sounded like a vehicle crossing a loose metal ramp.
