It was a short visit...

Liked: The room space .
Disliked: The washing sink and wc wasn't washed well. The bathtub looks tired .

Great location and attentive staff

Liked: Location is perfect, staff was very friendly and remembered one of us had dietary restrictions. Overall a very good choice in Puebla.
Disliked: The WiFi and internet was abysmally slow in the room to the point we could use it.

We had a courtyard room...

Liked: The property was in an ideal location, walkable to everything we wanted to see
Disliked: The lobby had an odour, similar to the smell in large cities.

A great time in a...

Liked: NH Puebla is a wonderful hotel located in the historic district of Puebla. Wonderful buildings all around with an incredible atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stay in the city of Puebla!
Disliked: The particular wing of rooms that we stayed at was undergoing maintenance/renovations so it was a little messy. Some of the carpets were stained as well as the walls. The rooms were clean and well maintained however.
