Great hotel, but TV in...

Liked: Perfect location, friendly staff & great breakfast
Disliked: It was dissapointing that most TV channels were available only in English... We are in Puebla Mexico and channels should be mostly available in SPANISH for mexican customers... also all Movie stream apps did not work so we had a very boring quiet evening in our room as there was no internet connection to use any streaming app & the TV was only in English. We were looking forward for a cozy movie night, but instead we just turned off the lights.

Liked: Nothing in general, average boring hotel
Disliked: Pool was not open, facilities not working well, wifi weak, and we had "a luck" to be there at the same time when some sport grousp of kids were hosted. So we experience endless noise, night calls for the line to room and giggeling, kids running everywhere (like hundreds of them). Totally bad experience ... otherwise it could be an average stay, but there are much better places in Puebla for a similar price.

Liked: We enjoy going to the gym area and appreciate the comfort of the hotel.
Disliked: The internet connection in the rooms is quite poor.

Great water pressure for showers

Disliked: Buffet. I have stayed at many NH hotels and this breakfast was not that great compared to other NH hotels .
