A pleasant place to stay

Liked: The room is spacious and has everything you need and is very comfortable. The price was very reasonable.
Disliked: The corridor looks a bit wasted. The night reception staff didn't even look at our side when we entered and greeted them.

Liked: I have used multiple times NH Principe de Vergara when I go on business to Madrid, good breakfast and normally very comfy beds, and personal is 5*.Little expensive but very good hotel.
Disliked: I booked the suite this time, but the conditions were terrible. The desk is in very bad shape, shower half broken and Aircon loud and not cooling the room enough

I would gladly stay there...

Liked: The location of the hotel was good. It wasn't right in the centre, but there was public transport right outside the door, so it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good, with everything we needed.
Disliked: We had a room with a terrace, but it wasn't really worth it. It was rather worn and the view wasn't particularly nice.
