Reasonably priced hotel at mediocre...

Liked: Reasonably priced, rooms good, bar and breakfast ok for the price. Location is a bit off everything. You have to walk 10min to metro, shopping, restaurants. Old town is about half an hour to hour away by foot. Hotel is located at a hill with an elevator to the hill though, which is nice for a walk.
Disliked: Over four days the WiFi and internet never worked properly. Staff claimed it would, but it did not with multiple devices on different locations in the hotel. Constant reconnection to WiFi required. Connections unstable and dropping every some minutes etc..First in a long time I had such persistent internet problems in a modern hotel.

Pleasant

We’ve had a really pleasant...

Liked: The view, cleanliness, tasty breakfast with great choice of dishes. I liked the environment-friendly hotel concept a lot (you can get a free drink in the bar when you stay for more than 1 night and refuse from daily room cleaning).
Disliked: Location is pretty far from city centre, but easily accessible with a tram. Moreover, the hotel is near a very nice park which is definitely worth to walk through.

Exceptional

Liked: Family rooms were perfect for those travelling with kids. Completely with mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping space.
Disliked: Parking prices are high

Liked: Family rooms are excellent, compete with mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping space.
Disliked: Parking could be a bit cheaper but next door is a Mr Parkit location, with this you can park for half the price as long as you book in advance.

Family trip

Liked: Great big room for a family with kitchen and spacious balcony, nice view of the city. Lovely green surraundings with cable car from hotel lobby to second NH restorant in the little forest like park Mrazovka. Nearby is a shopping mall Novy Smichov (100-200 m) and metro/tram station.

Exceptional

Liked: The parking fees are very very expensive. parking spaces are too narrow,

Old facilities, but maintained in...

Liked: Easy access to the city center, but away from the crouds
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved. Facilities are old, but well maintained.

Kind but ignorant personal

Liked: Simple but clean rooms. They had Good beer and food. The breakfast is not comprehensive, only the basic things. 3 coffee machines is a plus. The cleaners was often sitting in the corridor and watching videos on social media. Only one water bottle to the room during the week. Sometimes they forgot to replace the towels the took away. I had a clogged sink but no one fixed that during the week. The sink was loose and I was worried it would break if I lend forward. The air condition wasn’t available as they said it was too cold outside (+12 C) so i had really bad air during the night. The WiFi wasn’t available in my room so I used my phones 5G the whole week. I am not going to stay there again as they didn’t care about my complaints. There are other hotels in the area.
