Cozy, friendly, reliable

Liked: Friendly staff, very helpful and nice Location is amazing Room had balcony Our kids joined at the last minute and the reception accepted the facts and acted accordingly and solved the situation without any issues Taxis are available most of the time just in front of the hotel, which is a rare commodity in Barcelona

Disliked: We booked a triple superior room and got an room with high window, curtains falling on the pillow.To open the window we needed to climb over the bed. We did request for another room and got an downgrade with foldable sofa bed, wich we had accepted, however originally booked superior room was very far from a superior.The staff were really kind and helpful.

Liked: Staff was great. Helpful at every kind of request we had. Worth mentioning that we asked for twin beds and they managed.
Disliked: The building is quite dated now. For the price paid I would have expected more.
