Lovely, professional staff

Liked: I had left my bag in the previous room, when I moved to a new one. Everything important was in the bag, travel documents, medication, laptop etc. I had totally forgotten about it. A member of the staff, Pierre, was so kind to bring it back to me in my new room! I dread to think what troubles we would have to go through if not for the kindness of Pierre, the gentleman at the front desk in the afternoon of 20-April-2025. A million thanks to him!We rate our stay as 10/10. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, quiet yet convenient location. One of our best experiences ever, having travelled to many countries for over forty years.
Disliked: Sometimes a little noisy when people outside talked loudly.
