The best hotel I have...

Liked: Everything! This has been the best hotel (service) I ever been in. Staff extremely professional and caring. I did not feel well and they cared for me so well that I felt home. I truly recommend it. Taxis in front of the hotel. Great restaurant within.
Disliked: Nothing. All great

Great rooms, but not satisfied...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a great variety of products. The location at a walking distance from the centre.
Disliked: I did not like the delayed check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 13.00 and the reception told us that our room was not ready and to come back at 15.00. When we returned at 15.00, our room was not still ready and we had to wait for another 30 minutes. When I asked for delayed check-out though, I had to pay 16€ plus for 2 additional hours. It didn’t seem fair to us. In addition, yet we agreed to the delay check-out, the receptionist forgot to inform us that the card would be deactivated after 12.00; so we were locked outside the room with our stuff inside and had to go back to the reception to find out the reason. The breakfast sweets were not tasty.
