Very comfortable hotel with underground...

Liked: The buffet breakfast was really excellent and the bed was very large and comfortable.
Disliked: Though we set the air-conditioning, the room remained very warm and we had to open all the windows one night.

Lovely stay, consistently good service...

Liked: Location and the staff. Last Thursday night/Friday am about 3.30am our three year old had a very bad ear ache and the gentleman on duty at reception was wonderful, organising a taxi to bring my wife and son to the 24hr pharmacy and wait for them as she can’t speak Spanish. It was really appreciated in such a difficult situation.
Disliked: Restaurant menu’s English translation could be improved for those with allergies as it’s not clear where nuts are contained like in the soufflé

Mostly very good

Liked: Mostly very pet-friendly, including providing a bed for our little pooch with food and water bowls. The room was large and well-furnished, as was the bathroom.
Disliked: Although the hotel is generally pet-friendly, unfortunately they (understandably) don't allow pets in the restaurant. Like many other hotels we have stayed at, we had nevertheless hoped we might be able to have a drink and a bite at the bar - but sadly the bar is INSIDE the restaurant, which made this impossible.
