Comfortable choice in Padova

Liked: The Hotel is located close to the old town and the train station. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection of food.

Liked: Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Had asked for a twin room on arrival told it was not available. After insisting the room was reset by housekeeping.
Disliked: Room was very hot and while we complained about lack of air con, felt staff were dismissive. Despite reading on room air-conditioning stating it was as low as 15 never got below approx 22. An honest answer that it was restricted or an adjustment to account for heat wave or offer of a van would have been appreciated rather than being told it was working and feeling dismissed and like we were creating problems
