Liked: Great breakfast options and presentation.
Disliked: Aside from breakfast and the location, we were not happy with our stay at this hotel. I had requested an early check-in, which I understand was not available. Upon arrival at 1:30, they asked us to come back for 3:00 pm *guaranteed* us we could check in then. We returned at 3:05, and we were told they needed another 5-10 minutes to finish cleaning the room. They said to sit at the bar and enjoy a "welcome drink," and they would come to get us. 30 minutes later, I had to stand in line all over again to find out what was going on. We were finally checked in at 4:00 pm. The guy at the bar tried to make us pay for the "welcome drinks" (by the way, we only had a cup of coffee) and made us feel cheap when we said we shouldn't have to. The waiting area is filthy - fruit flies everywhere and couches that clearly haven't been cleaned in a long time. We called down to ask what floor the ice machine was on, and we were told there was no ice machine, and if we needed some, we could have some sent to the room from the bar (which we did, and it was free.) The next day, we asked for another bucket of ice and we were told it would be 5 Euros. So, we went down to the bar and asked ourselves, to which the bartender seemed annoyed and gave us just 2 cups of ice. We couldn't wait to leave this hotel.

Liked: Breakfast Buffet was great.Location is great.
Disliked: Front desk person at arrival wasn't friendly and long wait, despite AMEX Platinum travel upgrades it didn't feel like an upgrade.Room was small room service refused my "second complimentary water bottle" (despite booking two separates reservations nights (didn't change room too save the hotel the cleaning and yet got treated bad), The lovely lady at front desk check out made it up with a "small wine compensation"After first night, at front desk, person didn't understand well English and didn't realize that a second separate booking for additional night was booked so he try charging me for a 3rd night (that took 15 minutes!!!) until I corrected his mistake when all I asked was to remain in same room (and save them the cleaning!)The cart that I used to bring my luggage's to the room (no help here!) stayed at the floor hall the entire stay (guess no service and no need for it?)Parking is at a different building public parking not easy to get in and out of, and pricy (should have been include) despite the hotel 1/2 price credit (no Valet option)

Exceptional

Liked: The location was convenient if you go by trains, as it is right next to the train station. However, as soon as you step outside the hotel, the street is very crowded and noisy. The room was comfortable and spotless clean, the staff were welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.

A convenient hotel!

Liked: It takes just a few minutes to walk from the main train station to the hotel. There are two access points to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, surrounded by many shops that are open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM. The hotel is also close to a DM and Müller.
Disliked: The lobby and the front of the hotel were not very clean, possibly because it is located close to the street and the train station.
