Liked: Near central station and 30 mins stroll into Milan centre.

Liked: - Breakfast very good, plenty of options and fresh products.- Kindness of front desk dealing on operational issues
Disliked: Some operational issues: - no toalet paper as we check-in the room;- no laundry services available- restaurant not operational in two evenings- liquid soap not reset/ refilled at toilet

Liked: + Good location near the city center.+ Supermarket in the building next door. + Clean room.
Disliked: - The hotel is a bit outdated.

The staff was well-trained!

Liked: The receptionists are well-trained. Something unexpected happened when we first got into the room, and we complained about it to the front desk. Without any hesitation, the receptionist handled the issue smoothly, provided us a free upgrade, and followed up with our comment the second day.
Disliked: The room might be considered too old and needs renovation.
