Best value when seeking comfort,...

Liked: The spacious room, cleanliness, and surprisingly quiet despite being next to the highway. Also the fact that it’s in a shopping mall with great dining options other than the hotel restaurant.Nice bar with attentive wait staff.Starbucks at the lower floor.Safe Parking on site partially included.Will be back when i need to be in that area of CDMX.
Disliked: The check-in was incredibly slow. It took 3 staff members to get done. Seemed like none knew what they were doing. They barely spoke English, and seemed upset when my husband asked them a few things. They need all kinds of re-training.
